Refund policy

At JustGrabbit, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that customized or personalized items (including print-on-demand products) may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged on arrival.
